As a Sales Executive and domain expert, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across banking, finance, and fintech verticals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Consulting, Product Management, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions that solve complex risk challenges.
This critical role has a pan-Europe remit. The Senior Director will have accountability for the development and execution of strategies, campaigns, and plans to increase ACI's sales and revenue, building on the already strong customer base across Europe to elevate ACI's profile alongside Marketing to secure new clients.
Sales isn't a solo role and you'll be joining a mission team with a fintech ethos, where everyone plays a vital role in delivering results. This position champions a "One Team" mindset, motivating across the organisation and being passionate about Fraud prevention. The NBD will also play a key role in representing ACI at key Industry Events and leading client collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
Guide cross-functional collaboration (Solution Consulting, Product Management, Marketing, Finance and Client Delivery) under a 'New Business Mission' structure to build pipeline, nurture leads and close contracts to meet and exceed new logo business targets
Work with the Head of Commercial to develop a new Go-To-Market strategy against a defined addressable market
Develop and execute sales campaigns, based on ACI's unique value proposition and market drivers
Be the market voice for product roadmap needs. Work with the Product Management and internal teams ensuring customer feedback and their needs are shared and provided as future opportunities
What you bring
3+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or AI/ML-driven platforms
Strong domain knowledge and track record of financial crime, fraud prevention and risk management solutions
Commercial acumen, edge and energy to create excitement in the market
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and customer growth
An existing network across AI, Fraud and/or Data Analytics segments across banks (multi-level contacts) and a passion about building new value-based relationships
Discipline and focus: Qualification, win strategies, and pursuit tactics aren't buzzwords, they're essential. You'll outline plans and be relentless in your pursuit of excellence
An ability to bring to life ACI's solutions, linking them to client outcomes and value
Proven ability to deliver new business.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:
Bachelor's degree, in a relevant field
Proven ability to lead and motivate management teams
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Budgeting, planning and variance management skills
Knowledge of fraud and financial crime products in the market
Ability to represent the voice of the customer and monitor the marketplace/identify business opportunities and trends
