We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to join as a Sr. Product Manager on the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Accountability team!




In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership for safety products & integrations internationally. We seek a leader who can develop global requirements, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver results through cross-functional teams at massive scale. You'll need to partner with tech teams to deliver data integrations across source providers and build scalable, global infrastructure. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand source systems, lead stakeholder alignment across regions, influence partner team roadmaps, develop global KPIs, and oversee excellent execution. You will be successful in this role if you can manage multiple competing regional priorities while delivering cohesive global solutions. You will need to be a proven product leader with strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.



Key job responsibilities

Analyze and understand data source systems and integrate them into global infrastructure Design scalable product frameworks that can meet diverse regional needs Create and deliver multi-year global expansion roadmaps in partnership with regional and technology teams Build relationships with stakeholders internationally to drive alignment Define and document business requirements that enable regionalization leveraging common tech infrastructure Create KPIs to track progress globally Lead executive communications across multiple regions Manage complex business risks across varying regulatory environments Navigate dependencies across global technical and non-technical teams Prioritize initiatives across teams to deliver maximum impact, and align this prioritization across stakeholders Design scalable product frameworks that can flex to meet diverse regional needs Lead back-end architecture discussions across technical teams, working backwards from the end user experience


A day in the life

In this role, you will lead the global launch of safety products for Delivery Service Partners. You'll start your day connecting with international stakeholders to understand regional needs and constraints. You'll spend time analyzing data across regions and deep diving new data source providers to build a path for integration. You'll work closely with technical teams to design and build scalable, global infrastructure. You'll write documents that resonate with diverse audiences and present to senior leadership across multiple regions. Then, you'll develop region-specific business requirements, success metrics, and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple time zones.

Our team is responsible for designing and maintaining products and programs with safety impact at massive scale. We love combining data with customer feedback to design permanent solutions to challenging problems. We work across multiple partner teams with functions ranging from tech development to communications. We take great pride in our vision to build the world's safest transportation network.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Experience with product cycles of 6+ months Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent MBA Experience with either SQL or Python
