Role Description:




Sr. Product Marketer, Global Product Marketing, will drive successful strategic product strategy and tactical marketing plans to support product launches and upgrades. Will develop, implement, manage, and execute product marketing campaigns, analyze customer trends, and monitor product performance metrics to drive adoption of new and existing products. Drive product marketing tactics and global corporate brand through all initiatives tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy contributing to achieving company growth goals. This role is ideal for someone with product launch and/or go-to-market experience within their product marketing career. This is a remote role with requirement to be in-office for in-person strategic planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities



Global market focus for this role will be on a combination of the following markets, based on need: NA, UK and Ireland, EU, channel partners and/or distribution markets. Work with GTM (go-to-market) vertical to understand product marketing strategies and plans for new and existing products. Tactics to be timed in accordance with these plans. Work with product management to understand product roadmaps for new and existing products. Tactics to be timed in accordance with these roadmaps. Work with product management to understand market trends, market research, synthesize competitive intelligence, understand key product features, and synthesize inputs. Partner to create compelling product messaging, claims, and positioning in collaboration with Product Management and Sales and use in development of product assets such as brochures, case studies, white papers, sales product training, and sales enablement tools. Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and lead generation in segmented, targeted markets. Work in close alignment with the global digital marketing vertical, with other regional marketing verticals, and with GTM vertical to support wider marketing activities. Establish relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns aligned with best practices to support sales and market efforts. Drive lead management, including capture, nurturing, assignment, and coordination of leads to ensure sales and marketing best practices and business growth. Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve brand proposition within the market. Continually optimize funnel performance for each channel and campaign; forecast, track, monitor, and analyze success and ROI of all regional marketing activities and provide input to plan adjustments in order to optimize return on marketing investment. Create monthly analysis and progress reports of product marketing tactics. Effectively manage allocated marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and make a positive impact on product market planning. Continually evaluate and adjust budget spend aligned with which activities drive business impact. Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by digital marketing team for alignment to brand. Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums. Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA's Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.

Skills needed to be successful





Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e., HubSpot, NetSuite/Salesforce, other). Demonstrated proficiency with marketing and sales funnels, conversion performance, and how marketing contributes to and influences revenue. Demonstrated proficiency with segmentation of relevant audiences, ensuring targeted messages are delivered in line with the overarching Global Marketing Strategy. Demonstrated proficiency with Canva and other design management tools. Demonstrated proficiency with Word Press, SEO, GoogleAds, and Google Analytics. Demonstrated proficiency with social media to drive awareness and lead generation. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to support multiple audiences. Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time. Excellent strategic and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, and achieve successful business results rapidly. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. Seeks different perspectives and invites and weighs opposing views. Demonstrated strong industry networking capabilities and ability to influence others. Strong time management skills. A good team player with regional and global mindset.

Required Experience & Education





Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience with product marketing, training, and campaign creation. Experience with product launches and/or GTM (go-to-market) planning. Experience in supporting software/product lifecycle communications (General Availability, Releases, EOL, EOS). Medical device PLC experience can substitute.

Preferred Experience & Education



Experience within IT software marketplace. Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired. Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience. Experience implementing marketing strategies for distribution and partner channels. Approach projects with an AI-first and/or GenAI-first mindset. Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.
