Description and Requirements







Lenovo's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Segment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, CSP to lead complex, cross functional, and cross geography programs supporting both customer-facing initiatives and CSP product offering delivery. This individual contributor role requires strong program management leadership, direct engagement with senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, global environment. The position plays a key role in driving RFx processes, customer deliverables, product readiness, and end to end execution of CSP programs. International collaboration across time zones is an essential part of the role.





Key Responsibilities


Lead extended account teams in customer-facing activities including RFx bidding, contract management, customer scorecards, and QBR/QTR preparation.
Define account priorities and strategies to ensure consistent customer engagement and internal cross-functional alignment.
Manage full RFx processes, including kick-off meetings, cross-functional deliverables, trackers, and preparation for pricing and solution reviews.
Drive account governance by leading regular team meetings, tracking opportunities, risks, and actions, and maintaining customer playbooks.
Direct cross functional, global teams through full program lifecycle to deliver CSP offerings within agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Build and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and report program readiness, including BOM validation and configuration readiness.
Lead sustaining change processes such as PCRs and PCNs, ensuring proper coordination, documentation, and closure.
Track program KPIs, support business pipeline management, and conduct Lessons Learned sessions for continuous improvement.





Position Requirements


Proven background in Compute, Storage, or GPU/AI product lines
10+ years of project management experience in relevant technology or data center environments,
PMI or equivalent project management certification preferred. Strong customer focus and business sense on financial P&L analysis, MBA degree is a plus. Experience with customer engagement, RFx processes, and cross-functional program leadership.
Familiarity with hardware manufacturing stages (PCBA, building block integration, L10-L12) and CSP business models.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools.
Strong critical thinking, structured problem solving, and ability to operate effectively in global, multi cultural environment
