Job Description

The CRM Program Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring that CRM solutions align with business objectives, are delivered within scope, time, and budget, and drive enhanced customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM programs--from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. Define and execute strategic roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to align goals, timelines, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage and lead onshore and offshore teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and adherence to project milestones. Monitor and control project execution to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including risk assessments, issue tracking, executive dashboards, and post-project evaluations. Identify opportunities to improve CRM delivery methodologies, frameworks, and user adoption strategies. Oversee solution architecture, data migration, system integration, and customization within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM programs and projects. Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle, and data-driven marketing approaches. Demonstrated expertise in program governance, delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum (preferred). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
