Join Barclays as a Senior Release Train Engineer - Warehouse Modernisation Lead, where you will help manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements. To be successful as a Senior Release Train Engineer - Warehouse Modernisation Lead, you should have experience with:
Programme Management experience at scale to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data migration and cloud transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.
Advanced Stakeholder Management experience in multi workstream programme context.
Experience in delivering data programmes including migrations to oversee the successful delivery of data migration activities, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation, while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Experienced working on Agile environment to ensure continuous improvement, flexibility, and quick response to changing requirements within complex programmes.
Accuracy and Attention to detail is a must.
Precision in execution in risk management.
Must be a proven Negotiator and Communicator with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels of the organisation.
Strong experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and without major disruptions.
Precision & Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on quality, with a keen eye for detail in execution and reporting.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
