Sr. Sales Account Executive


The Big Picture

We're looking for a sales rockstar to drive strategic enterprise sales for Tungsten Automation Corporation's intelligent automation platform. You'll be orchestrating enterprise deals that make your colleagues jaws drop, helping major enterprises transform their business processes through our unique combination of RPA, cognitive capture, and analytics.


What You'll Do




Hunt and close new business within your assigned client base

Build a sales pipeline 4X your target (go big or go home!)

Orchestrate complex sales cycles with C-suite decision makers

Cultivate at least 40 strategic relationships per account

Partner with our lead gen and sales engineering teams

Turn prospects into raving fans and referenceable clients

5-8 years of crushing it in enterprise software sales

A track record of consistently exceeding quotas

Experience selling RPA, SaaS, or automation solutions

The ability to navigate boardrooms as confidently as Zoom rooms

A hunter's mindset with a consultant's approach

Strategic sales methodology in your DNA

Bachelor's degree (but your track record speaks louder)

Required Experience

Track record of multi-year success consistently exceeding individual quarterly and annual quotas in each prior Enterprise Sales role. Proven success positioning and selling solutions that align with customers strategic objectives. Recognition of underlining operational objectives and requirements. Successful direct and channel selling experience with any or all RPA, cognitive capture, process orchestration, mobility and engagement, and analytics strongly preferred. Excellent communication and technical presentation skills Must have strong intellectual skills, a high level of enthusiasm, strong integrity and be very excited about providing great solutions to world-class customers. Ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management Outstanding business development pedigree with organizational and qualification skills to ensure top priorities are consistently being pursued Strategic sales training, solution selling and/or process-oriented sales approach Collaborative hunter type personality combined with board room presence and presentation skills Strong work ethic, ability to manage and navigate long sales cycles, grow and position seven figure opportunities with commitment to long term success Embraces and takes advantage of an environment of continuous growth and self -improvement through learning opportunities. Entrepreneurial with a winning mindset. BS/BA or equivalent is required, MBA preferred.
