Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Data and Reporting Lead
to manage and optimize our data reporting processes. This role is critical in driving data accuracy, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through timely and insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in data management tools, and the ability to lead a team towards delivering high-quality reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data reporting solutions and dashboards to support business needs.
Oversee data collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Management of recovery audit processes with 3rd party suppliers
Delivery of monthly SSC KPI reporting and insights
Develop and enforce data governance and quality standards.
Manage and mentor data team
Analyse complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions (Preventative reporting)
Supporting acquisition transition to Business Central (Data migration)
Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort (SLA timeframes measured and reported)
Ensure timely delivery of reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to data management and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience within Shared Services and understanding of processes
Strong proficiency with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
