About the Role:


We are seeking a reliable and motivated

Site Supervisor

with an in-date

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualification

to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure health and safety standards are maintained, and support the smooth delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions. Monitor health and safety compliance in line with company and legal standards. Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth operations. Report progress, issues, and incidents to site management. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:



Valid

SSSTS qualification

(essential). Previous experience in a supervisory role within construction or a related industry. Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
