Overview

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Hawkers to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Hawker, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while crafting a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment.

A Hawker is a team member with a backpack on full of beer or soft drinks. You then would go around a designated area selling directly to guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain cleanliness and ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and assisting them with their drink orders. Monitor customer behaviour and consumption, ensuring responsible service of alcohol. Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Keep track of inventory levels.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating drink prices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A friendly demeanour and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A willingness to learn about new techniques to enhance service quality.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-18.00 per hour
