Job Description

The opportunity has arisen to join a supportive and friendly Staff Bank team who are integral part of the Trust's People Directorate. The Staff Bank at NHFT manages the temporary staffing for the Trust for all types of clinical and support staff.



We are looking for team member to support our Bookings Team and our Pay Team. The role will be, based at home but there may be the occasional requirement to work at our office in Dryland Block, St Mary's Hospital Kettering. The service operates a rotational shift pattern of 8am-4pm one week and 10am-6pm the following week.



We are looking for an experienced, motivated, adaptable temporary staffing administrator to join the team and work in partnership with operational services, corporate teams and senior management.

As a Staff Bank Co-Ordinator, we're looking for experience in:





Previous experience of working in a temporary staffing team

Experience of RL Datix Healthroster and Bank Staff

Extensive experience of delivering high level customer service

Experience of working in a high-pressured customer service environment



Evidence of continuous personal and professional development Experience of a high call volume call centre

Experience within an NHS environment



The Staff Bank is divided into 3 teams under the supervision of 2 supervisors with the accountability of the team falling under the staff bank manager. The 3 teams within the service are the Bookings Team, Administration & Training team & Pay team. Further details of the structure of the team can be found within the JD.



Must have skills



You will need to be adaptable and resourceful. You'll need to be well organised, confident and able to cope in diverse situations to meet the needs of the business.
