What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end ML system design and deployment, from experimentation to production.
- Apply LLMs effectively, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and inference optimization.
- Build high-reliability ML infrastructure and ensure solutions meet enterprise compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
The ideal candidate:
- Strong Python developer with MLOps expertise in model serving, orchestration (Kubernetes), and experiment tracking.
- Experienced in deploying LLMs in production environments with enterprise compliance (SOC2/GDPR) muscle memory.
- A technical leader capable of mentoring engineers and influencing AI roadmap strategy.
