Hours: 37.5 per week full time (or Part Time)
Salary: Clinical Band 5, 29,117 - 35,445 (pro rata for part time)

We are currently inviting

Band 5 NMC Registered Adult Nurses

to join our

Inpatient Unit in Erdington

, where you'll be part of a skilled and compassionate

multi-disciplinary team

delivering exceptional, person-centred palliative and end-of-life care.

What You'll Do:

Lead the ward when required, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Supervise Band 2 staff, student nurses, and clinical trainees.

Administer medications in line with hospice policy and professional standards.

Collaborate across disciplines to uphold the highest standards of care.

While your primary base will be

Erdington

, you may occasionally work across both hospice sites.

What We're Looking For:

NMC Registered Adult Nurse (RGN)

with ongoing professional development.

Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to high-quality care.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in palliative care is a plus -- but not essential.
