We are looking for a dedicated

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our team at our Care Home in

BT19 1LU

. This full-time role offers

36 hours per week

with

flexible shift patterns

(both day and night shifts), allowing you to work around your availability while making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents. Monitor and assess residents' health, noting any changes and adjusting care plans accordingly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Ensure that all nursing care complies with relevant standards, policies, and procedures. Work closely with the care team to provide person-centred care for each resident. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.

Requirements:

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

with a

valid NMC registration

. Minimum of

1 year of nursing experience

(preferably in a care home or similar setting). Flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A caring and compassionate approach to nursing care.
