We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to our residents in a warm and friendly care home environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nursing care and support to residents. Administer medications and maintain accurate care records. Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure consistent high standards. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Promote a safe, caring, and homely environment at all times.
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
. Minimum2 years of nursing home experience
. Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills. A caring, patient, and professional approach to care delivery.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 20.20-23.25 per hour
