We are seeking a committed and compassionate

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

or

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with best clinical practice. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Administer medications safely and efficiently. Accurately maintain clinical records and documentation. Support and guide care staff throughout shifts. Respond effectively to changing clinical needs and emergencies. Ensure residents' dignity, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.

Requirements

Valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN). Strong understanding of clinical practice and care standards. Previous experience in a care home setting is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work flexibly across days and nights. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
