Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred nursing care to residents.
Work independently to manage daily responsibilities and care priorities.
Lead and participate in medication rounds, ensuring safe administration.
Monitor residents' conditions and update care plans accordingly.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience.
Proficient in medication rounds and safe administration procedures.
Ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
