Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering person-centred care, overseeing medication rounds, and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of clinical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage medication safely and effectively Provide direct care and clinical support to residents Monitor residents' health, updating care plans and records accurately Work collaboratively with the wider care team to maintain high standards of care Promote a safe and caring environment in line with CQC standards
