We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our care team. This position offers a balanced mix of day and night shifts, ideal for candidates who are flexible and confident working independently.Requirements:
Valid NMC registration Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Experience administering medication and managing medication rounds Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and clinical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents Manage medication administration safely and efficiently Support residents' health and well-being Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain excellent standards
