We are currently recruiting a dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join a well-regarded care home in the BS5 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents Administer medication and monitor resident health Create care plans and carry out clinical assessments Support care staff and promote best practice across the home Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN At least 1 year of nursing experience Strong clinical skills and a passion for elderly care A compassionate and team-focused attitude
