We are seeking experienced
Registered Nurses
to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents, working both day and night shifts, and taking on responsibilities such as shift charge duties and medication rounds.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective person-centred nursing care. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Take shift charge responsibilities during day shifts. Monitor residents' health and wellbeing throughout the shift. Support and mentor care staff to maintain care standards.
Experience Required:
Previous nursing home experience. Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
