We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications. Monitor vital signs and perform routine examinations to identify any changes in patients' health status. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and infection control within the healthcare setting.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to nursing practice. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently when required. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing care.
