We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team on a full-time night shift basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, supporting their health and wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on nursing care to residents. Carry out and oversee medication rounds safely and accurately. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of care. Monitor, assess, and record residents' health and wellbeing. Maintain professional standards in line with NMC and CQC requirements.
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN). Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience within the UK. Confident in working independently and managing medication rounds. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Must be a UK resident (sponsorship not available).
