About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

to join our friendly team at a well-established Nursing Home in

Conwy (LL31)

. This is a

permanent part-time position

offering flexible day and night shifts, ideal for a nurse looking to maintain work-life balance while delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handover reports. Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external healthcare professionals.

(RGN/RMN) - essential
? Completion of

preceptorship shifts
