We are seeking a qualified
Staff Nurse
with a minimum of1 year + experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in working independently, managing residents' care, and administering medication rounds efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with residents providing high-quality nursing care Conduct medication rounds safely and accurately Work independently without supervision while maintaining care standards Support and collaborate with other healthcare staff as required
Requirements:
Valid RGN or RMN qualification with NMC registration Minimum 2 years' nursing experience Ability to work independently and handle medication rounds Commitment to providing compassionate care
