We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Registered Nurse
to join our dedicated team at our reputable nursing home. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and dignity at all times.You will work as part of a supportive team and play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence and leading by example within the care home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional nursing care in line with NMC standards. Support and guide care staff, promoting teamwork and high-quality practice. Administer medication and manage clinical documentation accurately. Monitor residents' health and respond to changes effectively. Uphold care home standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered Nurse
with validNMC registration
. Minimum2 years' experience
as a nurse in the UK within a care home setting. Strongleadership and communication
skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 17.00-19.00 per hour
