Salary:
20.20 - 23.25 per hour (depending on experience)About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RGN/RMN to join our nursing team at a well-established care home. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting residents in a safe, friendly, and person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to residents in line with best practices and regulatory requirements Support residents with their clinical needs and personal care Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure high standards of care Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN) Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a nursing home setting Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach Flexibility to work days and occasional nights if required Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 21.00-23.25 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
