We require a Registered Nurse for our family owned, friendly care home in Dingwall. The home has great links with the local community and good grades with the Care Inspectorate, and offers a warm, homely and kind environment.
This role is key to the organisation and smooth running of the care home, and you will become a valued member of the team. The role is 2 or 3 day shifts per week. Shifts are 8am. - 8pm
Requirements
You must be a registered nurse with the NMC and familiar with National Care Home Standards.
Preferably have care home experience
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a care home setting, ensuring comfort and safety for all residents.
Administer medications accurately and in accordance with care plans, company protocols and in line with NMC guidelines.
Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Lead your team, and be responsible for their performance when on shift
