We are looking for a dedicated and professional
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive and rewarding environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records Monitor and assess residents' health, responding to changes promptly Support and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of practice Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues Ensure compliance with NMC standards and care regulations
Requirements:
NMC registered nurse
(RGN or RMN) with relevant post-registration experience Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (care home experience desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate and committed to delivering outstanding careJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 22.75 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
