We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our friendly team in a well-established care home. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, promote the wellbeing of residents, and support the smooth running of the home.You will work as part of a close-knit, professional team to ensure the best outcomes for our residents, whether on day or night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards. Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation. Monitor residents' health, assess care needs, and develop care plans. Supervise and support care staff in daily duties. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external professionals. Promote dignity, independence, and comfort for all residents.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
with validNMC registration
. Relevantpost-registration experience
within a care home or clinical setting. Strong communication and leadership skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care delivery. Ability to work flexible shifts (days and nights).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
