We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting recovery processes
Assist with patient assessments by applying knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform care plans
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to all relevant protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions in compliance with legal and organisational standards
Respond promptly to patient needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and emotional support at all times
Uphold infection control standards and ensure a clean, safe environment in accordance with health regulations
Experience
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Demonstrated competence in medication administration and patient care procedures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and compassionate support to patients and colleagues
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Valid registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent professional body is essential
