"Exciting times" - CWP are recruiting Band 5 nurses for our 15 bedded Specialist Dementia inpatient service. We have lots of career opportunities and we are situated in the heart of Cheshire with good transport to Manchester and the Peak District. We would be happy to show you round our ward and introduce you to our team. We are looking for enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurses, with experience and newly qualified to offer preceptorship, to expand our existing team.

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) are looking to develop and strengthen our existing teams in the Macclesfield area.

Main duties of the job
You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for mental health nursing and caring for individuals with a Dementia diagnosis, as well as a desire for on-going professional development. You will receive excellent training and opportunities for development, clinical supervision and appraisal. We also offer our staff training packages, development and leadership pathways and a comprehensive preceptorship program for those who are newly qualified.
The ward offers a 24-hour service; therefore, the successful candidates must be able to work a full range of 12-hour shifts including night shifts and weekends.

Competitive salary based upon an incremental pay progression scheme.
Annual leave based upon length of NHS service. On commencement of service 35 days, after 5 years 37 days and after 10 years 41 days all are pro rata and inclusive of public holidays.
