We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Staff Nurse
to join our care team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess solid clinical experience and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care to residents.As an RGN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, administering medications, supervising care staff, and ensuring all residents receive personalised support in accordance with their care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care Administer medication and monitor clinical conditions Support and mentor care assistants within the team Maintain accurate records and documentation Ensure compliance with CQC and organisational standards
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration (RGN)
Minimum1 year of nursing home experience
Strong clinical skills and a caring nature Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 19.02 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
