Key Responsibilities
Deliver effective, evidence-based nursing care to residents. Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records. Monitor and assess residents' health and respond appropriately. Support, guide, and supervise care staff on shift. Promote a caring and respectful environment for residents and families.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered Nurse
with a validNMC PIN
. Minimum1 year of nursing home experience
