Wisley Ward at the Royal Surrey County Hospital is looking for enthusiastic Staff Nurses to join our dedicated team.



Wisley Ward is our specialist stroke unit, caring for patients with a wide range of stroke-related and general medical conditions. With 24-29 beds and a varied patient age group, we provide comprehensive rehabilitation in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), including Speech and Language Therapists and other allied health professionals.



We pride ourselves on creating an environment that fosters clinical development, decision-making, and prioritisation skills. Our close links with the University of Surrey offer excellent opportunities for professional growth, including mentoring student nurses and ongoing learning.

As a registered, accountable and autonomous nurse to act in the best interests of your patients at all times and take personal responsibility for your actions and decisions.



To be responsible for patient assessment, planning of care, implementing and supervising safe and compassionate care, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.
