About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

to join our nursing team on night shifts. This is a full-time position offering a structured schedule of four 10-hour night shifts each week.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts Manage medication administration and care plans independently Monitor residents' health and wellbeing throughout the night Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) 1 to 2 years' experience working in a nursing home environment Ability to work independently during night shifts Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach to care
