20.00 per hour + Paid breaks + Enhanced rate for Bank Holidays + Paid DBS + Paid NMC

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our dedicated care team. This role is ideal for a nurse with experience in elderly care or a nursing home environment who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents Administer medication and manage clinical care plans Monitor residents' health and respond to changes promptly Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of practice Maintain compliance with NMC guidelines and care home regulations

Requirements:

NMC registered nurse

(RGN or RMN) with relevant post-registration experience Prior experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting preferred Excellent communication and organisational skills Compassionate, dedicated, and able to work effectively as part of a team
