About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Russettings Care Home, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will ensure residents' needs are met with dignity and compassion, while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medication and provide clinical care in line with care plans Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, escalating concerns where necessary Maintain accurate documentation and care records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each resident's care journey Support and guide care staff to uphold high standards
Requirements:

A valid

NMC PIN

(without restrictions or warnings) is

essential

Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable A caring, professional, and patient-centred approach Strong communication and teamwork skills
