We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our care team, providing exceptional care and clinical support to our residents during night shifts. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives.Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with NMC standards. Administer medications safely and maintain accurate documentation. Lead and support the care team during the night shift. Assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans. Ensure a safe and caring environment for all residents.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid
NMC PIN
. Minimum1 year of nursing experience
, preferably in a care home or similar setting. Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical skills. Compassionate and dedicated approach to elderly care.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 19.84-22.03 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
