We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care. Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure residents' wellbeing. Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff.
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN. Minimum of
3 years' nursing home experience in a permanent role
. Must not require sponsorship. (Temporary applicants will not be accepted.) Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and leadership skills. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 22.29 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
