We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our care home team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents and play an essential role in supporting the nursing team.This role is
permanent
, requiring applicants withat least 3 years' nursing home experience
. Temporary or sponsored candidates will not be considered.Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in accordance with NMC standards. Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records. Support and supervise care staff to ensure high-quality standards of care. Monitor residents' health, update care plans, and respond to changes in condition. Work flexible shifts as rostered, including weekends and bank holidays.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
with validNMC registration
. Minimum3 years' experience
in a nursing home, permanent role. Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills. Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship. Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
