We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Staff Nurse
to join our nursing team on a full-time basis. We have bothDay and Night shifts
available at our care home.The ideal candidate will have solid clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care and clinical support to residents Administer medication and monitor residents' health and wellbeing Maintain accurate care records in line with CQC requirements Lead and support care assistants in delivering personalised care Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration (RGN)
Minimum1 year of experience in a nursing home
Sound clinical and communication skills A caring, empathetic, and professional approach to resident careExperience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursing home settingJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22.66 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
