Hours:

Permanent | Minimum 23 hours per week (two shifts). All shifts are 11.5 hours: 08:00-20:15 or 20:00-08:15, covering both days and nights on a rota basis.

Pay:

29,717 - 32,441 per annum FTE (depending on experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking caring and committed Registered Nurses to join our In-Patient Unit team. You will play a vital role in providing, leading, coordinating, and evaluating specialist palliative care that is evidence-based and of a high standard, supporting both patients and those important to them.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care within the In-Patient Unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans. Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Support patients and their families with compassion and professionalism. Ensure compliance with NMC standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. Ability to apply the principles of the NMC code of professional conduct and other legal frameworks. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and varying shift patterns.
