We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team. You will provide high-quality care to residents during day shifts, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort.
Key Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification. Minimum of 1 year nursing home experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care according to individual care plans. Monitor and record residents' health and wellbeing. Support residents with personal care and daily activities. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Shift Pattern:
10 x 6.75-hour shifts per 4-week rota. Mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
