We are looking for a compassionate and professional
Staff Nurse
to join our dedicated care team. The ideal candidate will have at least1 year of post-registration experience
, preferably inneurological care
, and experience working within anursing home environment
.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in accordance with individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively. Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes promptly. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents. Maintain accurate and detailed care records. Support residents and their families with compassion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
with anactive NMC PIN
. Minimum1 year post-registration experience
, preferably inneurological care
. Previousnursing home experience
required. Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional care and upholding professional standards.Benefits:
