Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring high standards of clinical practice. Administer medications safely and accurately according to care plans. Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes. Maintain accurate and detailed care records in line with NMC guidelines. Support and mentor care staff to ensure quality care delivery. Promote independence, dignity, and a positive living environment for residents.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse
with valid registration. Experience innursing homes
orelderly care
preferred. Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.Benefits:
