We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our team in a specialist care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing home care and a strong understanding of neurological or complex care needs.This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts as per the manager's rota and offers excellent opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and well-resourced care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents. Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Support and lead care teams to ensure exceptional standards of care. Contribute to care planning and risk assessment processes. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Promote residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
with validNMC registration
. Minimum1 year post-registration experience
, preferably inneurological care
. Experience working in anursing home or clinical care environment
. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Flexible and reliable approach to shift workJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
