Knowledge & experience Has completed undergraduate course and/or has experience as a Staff Nurse Can meet the knowledge and skills framework for Band 5. Previous experience in supervision and assessment of students is desirable. The post is open to newly qualified RMN's and we offer a 12 month preceptorship programme.
This role related provides guidelines on the key areas of responsibility and does not preclude any further appropriate delegation that may be considered necessary.
