We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home care and be passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents.You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards. Administer medication and manage care plans accurately. Supervise and support care staff to ensure excellent standards of care. Promote independence, dignity, and respect for all residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
with validNMC registration
. Good knowledge of clinical practices and care standards. Proven experience working in anursing home environment
. Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to resident care. Ability to commute reliably or willingness to relocate before starting.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
