• RGN/RN (Registered nurse).

• Prep for mentorship course or equivalent
• Intravenous accreditation

• Previous nursing experience.

• Previous Cardiology experience

• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to manage own workload
• Demonstrates clear verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Adaptability to changing workload
• Willing to broaden knowledge and learn specific competencies.
• Ability to respond positively to constructive criticism

• Previous experience in involvement in Quality Improvement Projects and audits.
